It’s less than a month since we launched this site, but today, we’re celebrating our birthday! That’s right! Today, 17 years ago, ContentCafé—now se-lah.com—was born! 

So, you might be wondering if it’s still alright to celebrate a birthday when you’ve had a name change… We pondered the same thing, and then decided, that YES, absolutely. Here’s why:

  1. It’s just the NAME that is different — the rest is all became a little better; just as a human birthday makes one wiser. That’s a great reason for celebration!
  2. Think about the business as being born again, like in a spiritual sense. When you become born again in the spirit, you still celebrate earthly birthdays, in addition to your spiritual birthday.
  3. It’s an excuse for cake! We’re always down for celebrations involving cake.
