You don’t need permission to write a book.
But you do need clarity, structure, and the right mindset to finish one.
This free book coaching workshop was created for people who feel called to write—but feel uncertain about where to begin, whether their idea is viable, or how to move from intention to execution without getting stuck, overwhelmed, or discouraged.
If you’ve ever asked yourself:
Do you think my book has a chance?
Where do you even start writing a book?
How do you know if an idea is strong enough to carry a full book?
How do you actually finish what you start?
This workshop was designed with you in mind.
Now, please don’t join, expecting to be spoon-fed, or a perfectly programmed and professionally photoshopped system that does the work for you. This is the budget version of my top tips and it’s FREE.
This course is for my friends—everyone who’s supported me over the years as friends, and who has a dream but not the budget to make it happen the “professional” way. It’s kind of like my budget bougie version of fancy meals, slapped together with what I have in the fridge.
I’ve learned to do what I can with what I have and through this course, I help you do the same.
If you’ve always wanted to pick my brain for free: here goes. You’re welcome!
What This Free Workshop Is (and Isn’t)
This is not a hype-driven course or a shortcut to instant success. There are no exams, no deadlines, and no pressure to perform.
This is a foundational book coaching experience that gives you the tools, perspective, and confidence to begin writing well—without paying for premium coaching.
What you do need is accountability to yourself and a willingness to engage honestly with the process.
If you are prepared to invest your time, attention, and effort, this course will help you:
Clarify whether your idea is truly a book
Develop an author’s mindset that sustains momentum
Make confident decisions before you write a single chapter
Avoid the most common traps that cause writers to stall or quit
Why I Created This Course
For a long time, I believed my dream was to be a writer by the sea.
When I finally moved to the sea, I realised something surprising: I don’t have the imagination or narrative drive to be that kind of writer. What I do have is a deep, instinctive understanding of language—and a gift for helping other people’s books shine.
Over the last 16+ years, I’ve worked on more than 160 book projects, collaborating with world-renowned book coaches, publishers, and authors across genres and continents. Many of those authors went on to bestseller lists—not because I wrote their books for them, but because I helped them refine, clarify, and strengthen their work without losing their voice.
My role has always been this to stand close enough to the manuscript to see what the author can’t—yet far enough to protect their intention.
Why You Can Trust This Process
The polish happens during the editing process. Authors who choose to hire me to polish their books, get the shiny version.
My background combines:
Professional book editing and manuscript development
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and sales psychology training
EF-SET C2-level English proficiency, paired with bilingual fluency in English and Afrikaans
Years of hands-on experience with structure, clarity, reader psychology, and language precision
This means I don’t just help authors write more—I help them write better, with intention and awareness.
This free workshop distils what authors most need before they write.
